Dream Aura Decor – Return & Exchange Policy
1. Effective Period - Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.After 7 days, requests will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects or damage caused during delivery.
2. Avaiable Options
Exchange: If the product is defective or a wrong item has been delivered.Return/Refund: Only applicable if the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged product).Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted — only exchanges may be considered.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange:The product must have a manufacturing defect or be different from the order placed.The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.Damaged, scratched, or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Cost
If the mistake or damage is from our side, Dream Aura Decor will bear the shipping cost.If the return/exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, color/size preference), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.The refund will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
